Wire Mesh Working Process

Our company is working on the project by organized 1 headquarter, 6 teams of 4 divisions.

  • Step 1
    Warping
    Warping
    All products of Hankook Metal are manufactured to meet the needs of customers thoroughly, and the Warp Spec and Quantity of the product are determined by this process as the first step. This process is necessary not only to inspect the material but also to control of the product tension.
  • Step 2
    Weaving
    Weaving
    It is a Key process of actually producing, and it is also a process that Hankook Metal's patented method is applied. After the warping completed beam is combined into the Loom, the weaving is begun through the threading process. Our Technician Team which is considered the best in Korea is in charge of this process, and each Loom is setted to fit by customized product specifications.
  • Step 3
    Post Process
    Cleaning / Stretching / Coating / Slitting
    Post Process
    [ Cleaning, stretching, powder coating, slitting } Hankook Metal has its own developed system, so cutomers can select suitable post processed as per their needs. The paint used for powder coating is a patented product developed through collaboration with our partner company, and it is used for Hankook Metal exclusive product. Only Hankook metal can be set up to 0.5mm when slitting, and special mesh slitting is possible. As with our production process, we are continuously working on Alternation & Upgrade to meet customer needs.
